Take a moment to find out what’s going on in our fair city on a weekly basis. Brenda Durant from the Greater Augusta Arts Council hosts ArtsWeekly, broadcast each Saturday morning on Perry Broadcasting’s 92.3 FM. Take a listen. If you miss the Saturday morning broadcast, you can go to their website and even subscribe to the podcast for your iPod or your Zune. They’ve got you covered.
Memorial Day weekend is over and we at Garden City Jazz are hoping that you made the best of your long weekend. There was jazz in downtown Augusta if you chose to stay in town and Atlanta’s Woodruff Park if you decided on a road trip to the Atlanta Jazz Festival.
Please continue to let us know about performances around town. In the meantime, check out the Jazz Collective on Fridays around town [Tribeca or Doubletree], on Saturdays at Metro Coffeehouse, and at Sunday brunch at Partridge Inn.
